This link is addressed to members of the academic community who wish to submit a proposal for the implementation of an educational program or Summer/Winter School.
To submit a program implementation proposal to C.E.L.L. HMU, we recommend that you first study the Study Regulations and the Internal Operating Regulations of C.E.L.L. HMU.
Proposals are sent through HMU’s Application Management System.
- Select “Submit” from the “Submit Proposal” menu
- Log in to the page by selecting Login with taxisnet codes.
- Fill in the requested information carefully.
- Upload the required supporting documents.
- Save and finalize your application.
Each proposal must be accompanied by the following documents:
Full Study Regulations Summer/Winter School
Detailed Program Budget
Also, a file with indicative educational material of the program is attached.

The maximum remuneration limits are determined by the HMU Remuneration Regulation (Government Gazette 6371B/15.12.2022)
